Senior Lawyer – David Lamaro is the founding partner and Senior Lawyer at Lamaro Consulting PTY LTD. With over 15 years of experience in investment law, David has developed a deep understanding of the legal complexities surrounding the investment industry. He has represented numerous clients, ranging from startups to established investment firms, in navigating regulatory frameworks and securing successful outcomes. David is known for his strategic insight, exceptional negotiation skills, and commitment to client success. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Sydney and is a member of the Australian Bar Association.

Sarah Thompson

Senior Associate – Sarah Thompson is a Senior Associate at Lamaro Consulting, with over a decade of experience in the legal field. Before joining us, Sarah was with Ashurst Australia, where she focused on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. She is known for her analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex legal issues for her clients. Sarah holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.

Adam King

Lawyer – Adam King joined Lamaro Consulting in 2021, bringing with him a wealth of international experience. Originally from London, England, Adam worked at Hogan Lovells International LLP from 2017 to 2021, where he specialized in corporate law and investment transactions. His strong analytical skills and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to the team. Adam is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal matters and achieve their investment goals. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University College London.

Michael Roberts

Associate – Michael Roberts is a dedicated Associate with a background in regulatory compliance and financial services law. Prior to joining Lamaro Consulting, he worked at Allens Linklaters, one of Australia’s leading law firms. Michael holds a strong understanding of the investment landscape and is committed to providing meticulous legal guidance. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University. In his free time, Michael enjoys exploring Australia’s natural wonders.

Robert Lee

Managing Associate – Robert Lee brings a wealth of experience in commercial law to Lamaro Consulting, having previously worked at Clayton Utz. His expertise includes contract negotiations, investment structuring, and compliance. Robert is dedicated to providing practical solutions for clients, allowing them to focus on their investment goals. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of New South Wales. Outside of the office, Robert is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys attending live events.

Jessica Wong

Senior Lawyer – Jessica Wong is a Senior Lawyer at Lamaro Consulting, specializing in investment law and corporate governance. Before joining our team, she worked at MinterEllison, one of the largest full-service law firms in the Asia-Pacific region. With over 12 years of experience, Jessica has successfully advised clients on a range of complex legal issues. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney and is known for her practical approach and strong client relationships. Jessica enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures.
